Season Change

The week has come and gone and now it's time to reflect on.  This semester has been flying by and I am amazed its almost March.  The weather has been the same for about a month now which isn't a good thing but finally we got a glimpse of spring.  By the weekend the weather had completely changed and it seemed like everyone wanted to be outside.  I got an opportunity to spend the weekend in Lawrence and photographed some of the moments throughout the week.  .  I got the chance to enjoy the nightlife in Lawrence and it's hard not to get excited for the summer. Seeing students excited and venturing off on Mass St. always bring's out a lot of unique characters.  It's great because these personalities are what make Lawrence such a vibrant city.  Anyway here are some pictures I took right when the weather was getting warmer.

Introduction

Hi my name is Andrew Herrera-Thomas and this is my blog! The blog is named "Club Frill" and is a blog exploring the many different aspects of my life through photography.  As I navigate trough my college life I will be taking pictures that not only represent my life but what inspires me to keep creating, discovering, and exploring the world around me.  I will be posting new photographs every week and hope to share these moments with everybody.  I will exploring both Topeka and Lawrence and looking for what makes each of these cities unique and special.  I also hope to interview people throughout city in order to better understand the people of Kansas.  Living in a college town gives me the opportunity to connect with a younger demographic who is are similar to me.  This blog is about life experiences and how we can capture these moments through photography.
